THINGS TO BE DONE BEFORE RAISING YOUR ONLINE COMPLAINT

For Router Users:
  • First check for WAN PORT indication RED light on your router if it is blinking or stable.
  • If the red light is blinking or doesn't occur then check for the cable if it is cut/ damaged somewhere.
  • If the WAN indicator RED light is stable, then restarting your router.
  • If you have tried all the above things, then raise the complaint and describe your issue in the complaint box.
For Non-Router(Laptop/Desktop) Users:
  • Disconnect dial-up and reconnect.
  • Check for CABLE indication on your system if, it shows PLUGGED/UNPLUGGED.
  • If indicated as UNPLUGGED, check for cable damage inside the house.
  • If indicated as PLUGGED, DIAL and check for the ERROR and raise your complaint online and describe the issue in the complaint box.
